Terms

  • The wild honeys were packed immediately after they had been harvested from the beehives and were not processed to remove/alter natural elements of the honey by filtration nor heating.
  • Shelf life of honey is guaranteed after transferring it to a glass container.
  • Containers are sterilized recycled soda/soft drink bottles that are sturdy against pressure and impact during transport and to keep the product affordable.
  • Raw wild honey evolves in time but never perish. As it matures, fermentation and crystallization will occur. The color, appearance and consistency will change but revert to its homogeneous state when heated.
  • When heating is desired, never heat above 60°C to preserve the enzymes, bee pollen and honeycomb crumbs.
  • Every batch of wild honey per beehive is unique in taste, color, aroma and consistency depending on the sources of nectar, beehive location and type of bee.
  • Do not feed Raw Wild Honey and any other honey directly to infants below one [1] year old.
  • Checking out of Raw Wild Honey can be done via FB Page here
